Andrea Conlon, founder of Aluna Yoga, came to us in need of a website that reflected the high standard of her yoga, reflexology and nutrition classes. To achieve this we first secured the Trading Online Voucher to cover half the costs, then got to work on a brand new website that enhanced the studio’s brand and opened the possibility for her students to book their classes online.

When we met Andrea, her website was outdated and wasn’t showing up in search results when people searched for the kinds of classes her studio offered. We fixed that by designing a fresh, new website that properly represents her brand before optimising it for SEO so that it would be easily discoverable online by all the ideal customers searching for classes like Andrea’s. Aluna Yoga now experiences more traffic and higher booking rates and enquiries!

Website Timeline

We began by designing a brand new website for Aluna Yoga which incorporated all the best SEO practices and an online booking system for Andrea’s services. All of this was optimised for mobile devices to ensure mobile users enjoyed the same quality experience.

Week 1

We came up with some ideas for Aluna Yoga’s new yoga website design and created a mockup so Andrea could see our design proposal and make any suggestions.

Week 2-3

We made some adjustments to the initial design and got Andrea’s approval to move forward with the design.

Week 3-5

We began building the new website, optimising it for mobile and SEO so that it would work flawlessly on all devices and rank highly in Google search results.

Week 5-7

We sent Andrea a link to a staging site where she could see how her new website would look and how it would function on each device; mobile tablet and desktop.

Week 8

The last tweaks were made and Aluna Yoga’s new website was made live! Andrea loved the aesthetics of her new website and the fact that it was actively finding her new customers due to being optimised for SEO.
