Since Candy Co is no ordinary sweet shop, housing rare and highly sought after U.S. candies, we got to work designing a website that would be as state of the art as its products. Our developers built a brand new online store that delivered a flawless user experience across all devices, implementing SEO on the front and back end ensuring it would rank highly in Google search results.

When we first met Eoin, his website wasn’t presenting the brand message he wanted to send out to his customers. Our team of designers created an impactful design that would grab the attention of his website’s visitors and our developers ensured it delivered a flawless user experience to keep them around wanting to discover more about his store’s unique products. We optimised the entire website for SEO, ensuring it would rank highly on Google for its targeted keywords. Candy Co now ranks in the top three search results for ‘retro sweets Ireland’, ‘imported candy Ireland’ and ‘retro sweets in Wicklow’.

Week 1

Our team of designers created a mockup design to present to Eoin so he could get an idea of how we proposed the new website to look.

Week 2-3

We took Eoin’s feedback onboard and made any necessary changes. Eoin approved the revised design and we got to work mapping out the new website.

Week 3-5

We started building the new website that properly showcased the brand’s products, integrating a blog and FAQs page to assist with SEO.

Week 5-7

We optimised every page of the website for SEO on the front and back end so that it would rank highly on Google and sent Eoin a staging site so he could see how it would look on each device before giving his approval.

Week 8

We took it live! Eoin was delighted with the look of his fresh, new website which proved to be more than just a good looking store front in the weeks and months ahead, boasting an impressive increase in traffic, sales and enquiries.
