Damian and Barry needed a new website to get their brand and services out there. After securing the TOV to cover half their marketing costs, we set about building a website design for small businesses that not only portrayed the high quality of their work, but saved them time with an automated enquiry system. The lads were taking quote requests over the phone which was taking up too much of their day so we included a feature that directs their customers through an online process, allowing them to screen and qualify leads quickly.

It is quite common for contractors to travel for quotes, only to find that the customer is not genuine. The new automated feature on their website allows them to assess this risk before making the journey.

When we met the Conways, their website didn’t function properly on mobile devices and lacked brand identity. We set about designing a brand new website that would effectively showcase Conways’ work and give clients an idea of what their business is all about at first glance. We included an online form so that clients can make enquiries as well as an automated quotes feature to save Damian and Barry time.

Website Timeline

Week 1

We set about designing Conway’s new website and creating a mockup to present to them, welcoming any feedback or adjustments they might want to make.

Week 2-3

The Conways approved the design and we got started planning the actual website.

Week 3-5

We built the website, integrating automated systems to facilitate customer enquiries and requests for quotes and optimised the whole site for SEO.

Week 5-7

By now, the website was ready to send to the Conways for approval. They were able to view what their website would look like on mobile, tablet and desktop on a staging site and request any last minute tweaks.

Week 8

Any final touches were made and we made Conways’ website live! They were thrilled with the result and noticed a significant improvement in their website’s visibility on Google in the weeks and months that followed, with many more new customers discovering their website each day.

At first, we were hesitant about doing the social medias, but Rory explained that with our big collection of photos and videos we had would be good to showcase on social media, in about 60 posts or so. It was a good idea in the end, I know that some of our clients looked through the photos and videos on social media before deciding to choose us.

They also help us get more reviews by putting together the emais to our past clients about how the experience was. This is an essential part of our business and the lads did it quick and cheap.
