Step One
We start by asking some questions
We get to know your business, the people behind it, what you do best, and what competitors we should keep tabs on. That gives our social media team a whole lot of information to work with.
Step Two
We create a content plan which is the basis of all content we create
We send you the first six posts along with the content plan, which we then discuss and conclude the plan.

Step Three
Collecting feedback & critique
We get 3-4 weeks ahead of schedule and send you the posts 3 weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to give feedback, critique, and approve
Step Four
We report at the end of each month
We send the report on what worked, what didn’t, and how we can improve.
Ongoing improvements:
Along with the report at the end of each month, along with our recommendations we ask questions to your team about the upcoming eight weeks and if there is anything to promote.
Ongoing communication:
our team and your team communicate via a group chat on WhatsApp. We help each other by giving your team small, easy-to-do checklists for photos, ask them relevant questions and give them feedback and suggestions about the photos/videos they send us
